GRADE LEVEL EXPECTATIONS

As a ministry of Trinity Lutheran Church of Hawthorne, Trinity Lutheran School is committed to providing quality instructional programs taught from a Christ-centered perspective.  Students will strive to reach their greatest potential, while learning to demonstrate mutual respect, to work cooperatively to achieve clearly stated goals, and to value the learning process.  In a safe and orderly environment, they will be prepared to become responsible citizens.

Trinity has designed Grade Level Expectations in the areas of English/Language Arts, History/Social Science, Math, Science, Physical Education, and Enrichment classes.  These expectations will be periodically updated, refined, refined and aligned with the California Department of Education's Model Curriculum Standards and State Framework.  All teachers at Trinity Lutheran School are participating Christians, accredited, credentialed, and committed to quality education.
